Plan limits apply only to your saved roster. Saving a vendor does not activate alerts; delivery is not live yet.
Flat subscription per workspace — never per vendor. Manual calls are unmetered on Solo and above. Additional seats are planned at +$25/seat after the included seats. Annual billing saves about 2 months. Agentic email, AI-assisted calls, multi-vendor email batches, team administration, and SSO/SCIM are Coming soon and remain unavailable until their separate readiness checks pass; displayed limits are planned caps, not active usage allowances.
Solo and Pro trials: 14 days with the selected plan’s features and limits. A payment card is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe will automatically bill the selected monthly price ($49/month for Solo; $149/month for Pro). You can manage the subscription from Muster Settings at any time.
Existing paid customers change tiers or cancel through the authenticated Stripe billing portal, never a second checkout. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and returns the workspace to Free. Need help with your account, billing, or anything else? Email muster@kecha.ai.
