What we collect
When you sign in, Muster receives basic account information from Google, such as your name and email address. We store the workspace information you choose to create, including vendor-roster and shortlist selections. We may also process limited technical logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
How we use information
We use account and workspace information to provide Muster, enforce plan access, maintain tenant separation, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Muster does not use a vendor's standing to decide which product features you may access.
Connected email and assisted drafting
Signing in does not authorize Muster to send email. If connected-mailbox sending is enabled for your workspace, Muster processes the connected sender, reviewed recipients and message content, permission and authorization records, and delivery status needed to provide, secure, and audit the feature. Draft creation is separate from sending: each exact batch must be reviewed and approved before it is submitted from your connected account. You can stop future access by disconnecting Muster or revoking access with your provider.
Payments and service providers
Stripe handles payment details and subscription-management pages; Muster does not receive your full card number. We use service providers such as Google, Supabase, Vercel, and Stripe to deliver authentication, hosting, data storage, and billing. They process information only for those operational purposes under their applicable terms and privacy commitments.
Business records
Muster presents sourced, dated business information from identified public or business-published sources. It is a business-to-business diligence aid and is not intended or permitted for consumer-eligibility decisions involving employment, personal credit or insurance, housing, or similar purposes.
Retention, choices, and security
We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, meet legal or security obligations, and resolve disputes. You may ask us to access, correct, export, or delete information associated with your account. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
