Terms of Use

Last updated September 29, 2026

Permitted use

Salvara is a business-information discovery and diligence aid. It is not intended or permitted for use as a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including for employment, personal credit or insurance, housing, or other consumer-eligibility decisions. Observations are derived from identified public sources as captured on the dates shown, are not a guarantee of current status or completeness, and should be independently verified before action is taken.

Dated observations, not verdicts

Every finding is a dated observation of an identified public source, presented as observed. Salvara does not score, grade, rank, approve, deny, or render any legal conclusion about any business or person. A change between dated captures is an observation to inquire about, not a determination.

Coverage and workers' compensation

Where a workers'-comp coverage lookup finds no matching active record in the named register snapshot, that does not mean the firm is uninsured — coverage may exist that the snapshot does not capture. Registry readings reflect what a named public register recorded as of a stated date, not present-day status.

Email outreach and authorization

Signing in does not authorize Muster or Kecha to send email. If connected-mailbox sending is enabled, you must separately approve each exact reviewed batch before it is sent from your connected account. You are responsible for the recipients, message content, permission records, and compliance with applicable laws. You may decline a send, disconnect the account, or revoke provider access for future activity.

No warranty; independent verification

Information is provided “as observed” without warranty of accuracy, currency, or completeness. Public records change and sources vary; independently verify any fact before relying on it. Salvara is not a consumer reporting agency, a background-check or screening service, a clearance, or legal advice.
