Notable findings

SPECIMEN. Each line below illustrates a finding TYPE the muster reads across dated register captures — realistic in shape, fictional in identity. Nothing here is drawn from any real firm.

  1. 1

MERIDIAN POINT PLUMBING LLC — License shows SUSPENDED as observed on the stated date, effective since 2026-07-02 and not since cleared in any capture we hold.

A suspension is a DATED observation, not a permanent property. This one is still effective in the most recent capture -- which is a different statement from 'this firm is suspended'.

  2. 2

IRONLEAF EXCAVATION LLC — License expires 12 days after the specimen date; the bond date is 11 days earlier and the insurance date is 3 days before the bond date.

The three dates are independent register fields and do not move together. The earliest recorded date is 14 days before the license date; a license-only view would miss that lead time.

  3. 3

BRIGHTFORGE ELECTRIC INC — Was SUSPENDED in the capture of 2026-06-18 and ACTIVE again by 2026-06-21 -- held on both sides, so the lapse is bracketed to roughly 72 hours.

⭐ This is the un-backfillable case. The register today shows only 'active'. Nobody who looks it up now can see that it happened -- the fact exists ONLY because two dated captures were taken and kept. It is also why a claim must be dated: 'suspended' was true when observed and is not true now.

  4. 4

NORTHKEY MECHANICAL LLC — Two complaints on record with the board, most recent filed 2026-04-30; license remains active throughout.

An adverse record and current standing are separate facts and both are reported. ⛔ This is shown as a dated record, never as advice about the firm.

  5. 5

STONEHAVEN BUILDERS INC — Has renewed within 5 days of expiry in each of the last four cycles, twice inside 48 hours.

⭐ A BEHAVIORAL signal, and it is invisible in any single snapshot -- it exists only across a dated series. Not adverse: the firm has never lapsed. It tells a roster owner where a lapse would most plausibly happen first.

  6. 6

AMBERLINE ROOFING LLC — Three separately-branded licenses file to one principal office and one registrant entity: this firm, AMBERLINE EXTERIORS LLC and VANTAGE RIDGE ROOFING LLC.

The relationship spine. A roster showing 'three vendors' may be showing one operator three times -- which changes what a concentration or single-point-of-failure question is really asking. ⛔ Register-stated co-filing only; it says nothing about ownership.

ON A REAL EDITION (this is a specimen)

A real edition names the responsible licensed individual per firm, whether each firm has employees at all (workers'-comp status), and any state-designated supervisor read. This demo is fictional and illustrates the shape, not any real firm's people.

IF ANY ROW HERE CONCERNS YOU (specimen)

This is an illustrative demo. On a real edition, Salvara can produce a shortlist of independently verified candidates for any trade, on request — each checked to the same depth as the report.

A real edition is built on dated register captures, committed by cryptographic hash and anchored with trusted timestamps. This demo is fictional and is anchored to nothing — every figure is invented.

Correction lognone yet ⌄

No corrections recorded. Entries persist here across editions — what was claimed, what is now known, when, and at what confidence — so a reader can see what the digest previously got wrong.

How a real edition can be checked

This sample contains fictional businesses, dates, and findings, so there is no underlying register record or proof token to verify. A real edition names each public source, states when it was checked, and shows the proof actually available for that dated record.
